Tianie an Adelaide-based portrait photographer who specialises in whimsical family portraits. From maternity, newborns, and family sessions to seasonal shoots and Christmas minis, Tianie brings an elegant, whimsical, and highly personal touch to each photograph, preserving family memories to cherish forever.

With 15 years of photography experience, Tianie began her career focusing on weddings, quickly building a reputation for her romantic, fairy tale-inspired style. Her ability to capture love and emotion in a way that felt like a scene from a movie made her a sought-after wedding photographer. After much thought and reflection, she made the decision to retire from weddings and shift her focus entirely to portrait photography. Tianie set out to bring her fairy tale-inspired style to families and create something unique, offering a fresh perspective that was different from what was currently available in Adelaide.

Tianie is highly creative, and her editing style is what sets her apart from the crowd! Anyone who has had photos taken with Tianie understands that these are works of art. Taking an incredible photo is only 50% of what makes her images pure magic – the post-production and editing process is where the true artistry comes to life, creating timeless, stunning images that feel like a story unfolding.

Tianie continues to push herself to be among the best. She actively seeks mentorship from top photographers in the industry, both in Australia and internationally, to continually refine her skills and evolve her style. Her dedication to learning and growing ensures that she stays at the forefront of the photography industry.

Before transitioning to full-time photography, Tianie had a successful career as a Graphic Designer and Marketing Manager, earning both bachelor’s and master’s degrees in these fields. This background not only helped her understand what makes an image truly stand out but also gave her insight into what clients are looking for in their photos.

As a mother of two, Tianie understands the importance of capturing fleeting family moments and the value of being present in those photographs. She knows how quickly children grow, and she is passionate about preserving those memories for years to come.
